"This was our third stay here at Alta. I like the comfort in the rooms, and the property is very peaceful and quiet - with the occasional airplane taking off. The parking lot has always been wide open when I have stayed here, and there is a security guard at the entrance. The Staff have always been super nice and helpful! it looks like a great place to have a company retreat as there are a lot of event spaces available."

"Overall, a decent experience, was charged 300pnp, due to a very small amount of blood on their comforter, the pool was not ready one day until after 8am, caused a delay in my swimming time, the room was equipped with stove, but can’t use unless you rent for at least a month. Room had conditioner, but was wall mount and not split unit. The restaurant was good and the food reasonably priced. To summarize, charging a guest for small amount of blood on a comforter is just simply buckle and dining...

"Big size studio one bedroom with sea view, the other not. Big surround balcony from the living room and bedroom. Bathroom dark and needs updating. Breakfast food was boring not much selection even the fruit selection was very poor and redundant nothing local which was the only thing I was able to eat as a vegetarian. Pool was not inviting nor was the beach unfortunately."
