"Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Despite ongoing works which were being managed very well. I had a very comfortable and clean visit."

"Room was not ready with soap and shower requirements, coffee etc. The room was clean, but could see it not being maintained. The staff was very helpful and tried correct problems. The refrigerator turned on but did not cool at all."

"The staff are wonderful and very helpful"

"Woodlands Lilongwe is a welcoming retreat amongst a nature reserve close to the centre of Lilongwe. Staff are exceptionally proficient and hospitable; the room is spacious, clean and has good amenities. The restaurant has an extensive, tasty menu with local produce often used, and service is fast and friendly. Thank you for a pleasant stay during my business trip"

"It was clean simple and pleasant. The ease of breakfast lunch and or dinner on property was nice and it is convenient to go to several other restaurants/ hotels for meals very close by. The food was very good and nice options."

The lodge is set on a beautiful working farm, with a game conservation program which gives it a unique, rustic-chic charm that you just won't find in a standard city hotel. The suite was spacious, well decorated and extremely clean. The lodge staff went out of their way to make me feel very welcome. The onsite restaurant had a varied menu and the food was...

The only reason I didnt cancel the remaining days is because I was travelling with small kids but I would not go back. The little ants are everywhere and when I mentioned them at the outside breakfast table I was thrown a can of doom! Hmm poison to go with my breakfast, no thanks! The pool needs...

"The rooms are well clean and the staff are friendly and supportive and the choice of food is amazing...recommend this to anyone"
