The property is a safe, low-cost option in the Miraflores district. The only thing to watch out for is that Lima is very humid and the rooms (or at least our room) don't have windows, so the rooms can become very hot/humid. Staff were very nice and accomodating.
We stayed for 3 nights and had a terrible stay. The bathroom smelled REALLY bad. We told the receptionist and he just put up a refresher with a strong perfumed smell to block the smell of cloak. Also the room was very dirty. The floor was sticking, the towels stained.. don't stay here.

The quality/price ratio is good, taking into account the hotel's location and the included breakfast.
My room, though, had quite an unpleasing smell of humidity. Also, the area were I stayed in the hotel was located next to some member of the staff's room and it was very noisy, with reggaeton from very early in the morning to very late hours.
The property is located in a very nice area of Lima.
Owner can suggest many good restaurants in the area.
I recommend that everyone visits Larcomar Mall. It has an spectacular view of Lima.
Pardos Chicken located at the mall has one of the best rotisserie chicken that I have ever tried.
