"First, the apartment was NOT ready. Communication with the company Wynwood was terrible. they made me wait for 2 hours to finally gave me a different place. The customer service is terrible, someone answers when they want and you dont really know who you are talking to. I would rate this customer service as the worst I ever dealt with."

"Great value for the money for a family. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment and had 2 baths as well. It is safe and very clean and comfortable. We chose it because was very close to the hotel we joined a group after 2 days and were pleasantly surprised with the quality. Communication was easy and responsive, we wished they would tell us the entrance is on the right of the building after you pass other street numbers, as we arrived during the night was a bit confusing.
