"We very much enjoyed our two night stay at Serenity cottages. Located at the very end of Shoal Bay East Beach in a quiet Harbor setting, you can relax in their smallish beach area watching the pelicans and other sea birds hunting for fish, or walk the entire length of the beach, which is quite gorgeous. The rooms were very spacious and the setting is extremely peaceful and quiet. There was no one around us, and we loved the complete privacy. Very pretty garden setting that lives up to its name....

"Sometimes the people make the place. Serena took a hiccup in our reservation and made it all work out in a way that made our stay even better. The units are basic in that it is your standard room with nothing fancy. However, you walk out the door to one of the most beautiful beaches with a small restaurant serving tasty food and drink. This is a great place to relax and enjoy at a reasonable price."

"Every staff member was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure a wonderful stay. Everything was spotless, and the amenities were excellent. Our only recommendation is regarding the spraying on the plants—we would prefer a more natural approach, as we noticed insects dying on the sidewalks afterward. Overall, this is a five-star resort, and we will definitely be back. "
