"This hotel is beyond clean, well cared for and the beds are the most comfortable I've experienced in a while, and I travel frequently. From check-in to departure, every staff member was friendly, helpful and courteous. The day I was supposed to leave, my plane was delayed by 5 hours, Angel was so sweet in assisting so I could return to my room versus wait at the airport (initial flight was at 6 am). They also have a hotel shuttle that will pick you up and drop you off at the airport. Will...

"Initial room was not cleaned. Even after going to the desk - the response was I'll let the manager know and housekeeping will come in the morning. There were 2 sweatshirts in the room, trash in the can, bed wasn't made (sheets/covers pulled up to the top), bath mat sitting on the top of the toilet, tissue box empty and separated from the container, used soap on the sink. Had to ask to be moved to a new room. No apologies. "

"I get it, the place is old but the microwave didn’t work right; there was no shampoo and only one little bar of soap for both shower and sink. It would have been nice if there was a deadbolt in the door but alas there wasn’t, just a hole, so only a chain to keep anyone out. And a gap in the door to the outside. The parking lot needs attention for sure. But the mattress was good. The girl at the desk was friendly. I would not stay there again. A sad tribute to Will Rogers."

"elevator was a scary experience, nervous laughter every time it shook and bounced up and down, wifi in the room for streaming was spotty and went off several times, room was ok but the mattress and pillows need an upgrade, not very comfortable, and the whole property needs a renovation badly."

"The property was under construction I feel like overpay for this property. I paid around $230 for one night. I would’ve expect a more comfortable situation for example more light in the hotel it was very dark. I don’t think that $230 were worth it. There was a whole construction under the breakfast area. Wasn’t able to enjoy the lobby because they were working on it and there was so much dust it was healthy to breathe. We had a kid there too. It was super uncomfortable. I don’t think it was fair...

"The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was poor went down to eat with over an hour left for breakfast they were out of pancake mix, bacon, a few eggs . Out of juice and no one was around to even ask for more. We left and ate elsewhere. The place was not worth the money i paid. Chose this hotel becauae past ratings were good. "

"Room was clean and smelled clean. The staff were pleasant, friendly, and courteous. Breakfast was delicious and had no problem finding items. It would be nice if there were 1 or 2 items for diabetics. Perhaps sugar free yogurt/pastry. (Just a suggestion)."
