"The only problem staying in that place is there’s no elevators. My room was on the third floor and I have really bad knees. I couldn’t leave my room for a couple days cause I couldn’t climb up those stairs.I tried to get a room on the first floor they was none available but when you book a room at that hotel they don’t say no elevator this is not right "

"Embassy Suites is always clean with a nice staff and nice breakfast. They allow early check in and late check out whenever they are able to, which helps A LOT! We always prefer the Embassy Suites in Portland "

"Have stayed here many times over the years and the building is still undergoing renovations even under new ownership. The pool area is very dark and poorly lit and the hot tub has no apparent working filtration system as the water is hot but the jets and bubbles do not work as well as having only one small light in the dark corner area. The pool bathroom is out of order. The hallway floors are need of vaccuuming and cleaning. As for our room unfortunately it is very poorly lit and we had to use the window as a source of light. The lamps had burnt out lightbulbs and the bathroom light/fan fixture did not work. More seating in the room or a chair other than the desk chair would be ideal. The staff is friendly and helpful and location is good but the building could sure use some TLC."

"Hot tub and pool both needed to be cleaned. The botton of the toilet in my room was gross, clearly had not been cleaned at all recently. At checkup the staff was too busy talking to acknowledge me checking out as even ask me how my stay was. "
