"There was adequate room for parking available. The staff were welcoming and helpful, there was an issue with our booking which they sorted for us. Our room was clean and comfortable. "Our bathroom smelled like dead mouse. We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights. At first we thought it was just the shower drain off gassing and did not mind it since we’re always out exploring the city most of the day. The smell worstend to a full blown smell of a dead mouse on the last day. We informed the reception but only received a reaction that they are shocked. "L'hôtel est quasiment neuf et très bien aménagé. Il est propre et le personnel est hyper serviable, et souriant. Il est à proximité du métro 7 et du tram ( 2min a pied). La literie est très agréable et les chambres sont joliment décorées avec de l'espace. Les bémols : pas de clim activable alors que l'on est dans une période de forte chaleur (présence de la clim mais symbole barré pour dire que ça n'a pas été activé). Le petit dej n'est pas à la hauteur d'un ibis styles, du niveau d'un ibis...
