"This was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Amazing location, wonderful staff and excellent food. It is set a little way out of Bellagio but the shuttle is very easy to organise and you get the benefit of the view! The terrace is fantastic for breakfast, an afternoon cocktail or dinner. "Leider hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Straßenseite und der Lärm abends und nachts war schon erheblich. Auch der Schiffsverkehr gleich nebenan war nervig. Ansonsten war das Personal sehr freundlich. Auch das Restaurant hat 5 Sterne verdient. Der Standort vom Hotel ist genial direkt am See. Und der Blick auf den comer See unbezahlbar."

"Beautiful location with direct views to lake Como and mountains. Just a few yards from shore of the lake which has a pebbly beach. Great for swimming. Some good restaurants around and just across the road from the railway station. Amazing setting! The breakfast (Halal) is really good and sitting in the garden looking at the lake and mountains is bliss! Very helpful staff. It's one of the best 3* hotels we've stayed in."

De försökte men behöver nog lite hjälp att fräscha upp hotellet. Saknade även plats att hänga badkläder på tork samt flytande schampo i duschen."

"There were multiple times they made a mistake and didn’t bill for something. Be sure to check your bill closely. Also, the restaurant wasn’t clear on a charge for a bottle of champagne for a special event. Kind of a let down at the end of a trip."
