"We loved our stay! The service was incredible."

"The unit itself was clean & functional. What I disliked was I booked a unit with private pool & paid extra yet was unable to utilise the pool as it was very dirty with tissues & debris. The water & surface was also not clean. I did let them know & have followed up with a request for a refund of the extra I paid but no response over one week later….."

"This was my second time staying at Raptor Retreat and it was just as good as the first. Our lodging, the Hippo Cottage, was huge, very well equipped and had a wonderful view of the river and the animals. One morning, we saw a parade of elephants right by our window.
