"We LOVED staying here on our visit to Chicago. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are very comfortable, our host, Jose, was impeccable. The morning breakfast choices were just right. There is a nice clean frig that we used to stash some of our personal items that is allowed as well as access to a nice outside area with tables. My ONLY suggestion to the hotel ( and I do mean only) is that the pillows were flat that suited my back sleeping husband but slightly below par for side sleepers like me. Even...

"We had a great experience here and we WILL be returning. From check in to the stay itself, everything was top notch, most notably the staff. My father and I were in chicago for one night to attend an event and this hotel was the highlight of our visit. We got a penthouse room and were able to check in early so we could unload our luggage and get organized.
