"Room had roaches, there were issues with staff, the card machine was down when I checked in after like 20 mins the staff decided to waive the deposit the next morning the front desk guy demanded I go pay for the deposit even tho we were about to check out I explained to him what happened at first he didn’t care and was quite rude . But ended up not charging the deposit, however he told me it don’t matter if I had already paid the room when I booked if deposit is paid I don’t get keys. IT IS NOT...

"Room was disgusting. Carpets stained, there was stuff all over the walls and it reeked of cigarettes. I would never stay here again."

"The rooms were nice and clean, the AC worked great. The beds are a little hard but comfortable enough, the breakfast was nice and hot but the pool was cold… the kids didn’t care though they had a blast. The staff were all very nice and helpful. Over all great stay for families."

"It's a transient hotel with large families,barking dogs. Halls are dirty. Elevator was dirty. Staff was rude when we asked for towels for our room. There was 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. Half a roll of toilet paper. Couldn't even provide coffee in the lobby but they want $165,a night for this dump."

"My AC was not working. I got to my room, and the temperature had to be at least 85 degrees. The AC unit was blowing out hot air. When I complained about the issue I was told "some people like the rooms warm. They told me they would send up someone to fix the problem and they never showed up. Fortunately, it was a cool day and I could open the window partially, and I was able to turn the AC off. Another positive was I only stayed one night. The hotel was full, so a room change was not possible."

"I was attending a wedding nearby. It was the perfect place for me and my girls to rest our heads. It was a lovely room very clean. We absolutely loved it."

"The breakfast was very disappointing. Really didn't eat anything there, except for a yogurt. I was excited about the egg omelets until I took a bite. Then I was very disappointed. Stopped and got breakfast somewhere else."

"No breakfast given - as advertised - due to Board of Health closing down the kitchen. No word of this was put on their site. Creepy feeling with a downstairs laundry area that was in shambles and obviously not available AND despite two attempts to look at Fitness room, I was never able to locate it. Very drab, run-down appearance. Unfamiliar with area and later found Courtyard by Marriott very close by as well as a Motel 8. Either were better located to eateries and in better condition."

"Propert was clean, our room had a few minor issues, furniture needed maintenance. Breakfast is a grab n go. Coffee and nutrigrain bar. No milk so mindful if you drink tea, coffee mate was only available. Check-in is very restricted to 3pm. With rooms having kitchens, lots of cooking smells filter through the hotel. Staff were helpful, and friendly. Would stay again."
