All questions were answered in abrupt yes/no responses with no apparent willingness to assist. Bar staff at happy hour was more friendly but still lacking basic service skills. Room was clean but in disrepair with broken door handles, light switches, etc. We were not advised of major construction/renovation being completed one floor above. Very disappointing experience overall. "

The girl said just keep turning it on and off and after an hour or so I pulled the shelf out from the wall and the found the coax cables loose. Tv worked after that. There was also multiple ceiling and wall repairs in our room And they were basically pieces of drywall over holes screwed over the holes. "
