"The staff were very welcoming. The housekeeping staff were so friendly and professional and polite. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and they work so hard. Requests were taken care of quickly. They made our stay worthwhile. God bless them all. Everyone worked very hard. The amenities were practical and useful and added to the experience of freedom to eat in or eat out. Like having our own apartment, only with more service and amenities. We look forward to staying here again....

"This was by far our favorite of 4 hotels during 10 days in Scotland. Location is excellent, the room was spacious, well designed and laid out, lovely attention to detail with the decor. Stairs coming up to the building were a bit tricky, but only because I overpacked. ;) The kitchenette is actually fairly large and well stocked. Staff were delightful during our brief stay. I would not hesitate to book here again. "
