"I should have read the fine print about the pool and hot tub. Not convenient to go to the fitness center across the parking lot to get to it. But overall the rooms were clean."

"Awful hotel experience! Had to fight to get the typ of room we booked. 1st one smelled like smoke and was filthy. 2nd one was better, but still had many things wrong. Cant use the water slide unless you pay extra money even though that's not how it's advertised. Worst hotel experince ever, couldn't wait to leave! Will never stay again! My advice, run!"

"Upon arriving the receptionist was on the phone with the elevator repair people for broken elevators. She needed help from the manager who was indifferent about the whole broken elevator situation and grabbed her stuff and went home, leaving the receptionist to deal with it alone. When it was our turn to check in, she acted as if we would carry all of our luggage up the stairs ourselves but did offer to "store" it in a storage area. I had her cancel our reservation but she did not refund our...
