Spa was amazing, I had a back massage which was so nice. The rooms could do with a bit of a touch up as some of the decor is bit tired now. Also Air conditioning would be a benefit we did have a fan but the room was so hot.

We weren’t allowed in until 5pm the coffee shop had workman in the room next door. Spa facilities weren’t all working. Everyone was complaining in the restaurant for the evening. Next day we were told we could only use the spa @£70 per person for the morning so no morning swim. Hotel needs updating. ...

I would describe the stay as travelodge level rooms- fairly basic. Probably a 2-3 star stat. Standard of cleanliness isn’t great- the room had a faint smell of damp or urines.
