"Hübsch eingerichtetes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Gute Matratzen. Das Badezimmer ist extrem klein, kaum Ablagefläche. Beim Duschen wird alles nass. Grundsätzlich schön gelegen, etwas abseits, weswegen wir es auch gebucht haben. Allerdings gab es das angegebene Restaurant nicht, sodass man darauf angewiesen ist, zum Essen gehen nochmal loslaufen zu müssen. Frühstück muss man einen Tag vorher auswählen und per App bestellen. "Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. The staff are very helpful and even emailed me with a pdf file of must do’s. Easy to use Grab to get out to the attractions and for other restaurants. The breakfast is ok. Bed was comfortable but the best is the new linen and fluffy new towels."

"I had a couple of very pleasant days at the hotel, the room was clean. But when I arrived there was a puddle of water on the floor from a leaky fridge, it was fixed very quickly, but should have been checked before guests were arriving. Also, the engineer that came to fix it, just walked in which was disturbing. The shower is quite fiddly and the first night I couldn't have a shower as I couldn't get any water to come out, the engineer came the next day and got it going but after a long day of travel the shower really should be working. Apart from these 2 issues the grounds were beautiful and the back of the veranda faced the jungle."

"Basic hotel but clean and well run and good price. Arrived late and could not get a taxi from the railway station in this small town, called the hotel and the staff sent a friend to collect us as no taxis were available at that time. Apparently only one Grab (like Uber) in town ! But there are other taxi firms but they don't work late ! Anyhow didn't get to breakfast as so late getting up so can't review . Overall would recommend the hotel."

"Wonderful house, excellent service, good food (if anything, the portions were too generous). The gardens are the highlight, flower borders, etc - much nicer version of England compared to the original. Development encroaching in the valley, but there isn’t much the hotel can do about that I suppose. "
