"The staff was very friendly and accommodating to the degree that that could be. The rooms were moderately clean. My room and multiple others (whom I travelled with) did not have A/C. And when they did come to fix it, it resulted in a leak. There was construction in the room and area next to my headboard that was extremely loud. "Staff was not helpful with a few inconveniences. AC did not work, room was extremely uncomfortable. Elevators were terrible. Bed wasn’t great. Ordered a room with breakfast through Expedia, upon check in we were told that breakfast wasn’t included, then told us to call Expedia. No… you call Expedia and sort it. We paid over $200 for the room, where’s the service??? I would not recommend staying here."
