"On the 13th floor ( top) the shower pump is useless - hot- cold- hot- cold - made us scream ! You could hear the pump. The windows are double glazed but you can still hear the trains below. The area around is lovely. Modern futuristic buildings and lots of eateries."

"The hotel is clean. The staff are kind and helpful. The location is only a kilometer from the train station and 100 yards from the hop-on-hop-off bus. Our room was big and we had a nice fridge. On another note, the hotel pumps in a perfume scent that is overwhelming as soon as you come through the doors to enter the lobby. Our room was "overscented" as well, I could taste it. Our room had no natural light. The windows opened into a 7 x 4 courtyard type opening. I felt very claustrophobic. "

"A spectacular hotel close to the airport in Lisbon. Very convenient for early morning flights. Breakfast bar available from 0300 hrs for early departures. Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff."

"This hotel is astonishing from the museum, the staff, the food and beautiful rooms. Every member of staff was helpful in providing insight on places to see, how to get around and overall recommendations. The hotel is also in walking distance from the shops and restaurants. This is an absolute must visit."

"Room was great. Quiet. Bed was comfortable. Nice size shower/bathroom with good water pressure and heat. Pillows were fine. There was an option to ask for different ones if they were not what you wanted. The walking tour was not available while we were there which was a bummer. Location was perfect for getting everywhere. Small but tasty breakfast. Coffee was from a machine, which I found a little odd. If it wasn’t included I probably wouldn’t have eaten there, but it was fine. Overall, I’d stay...

"Great location. The staff do the minimum to make you feel welcome/comfortable. The rooms are adequate (at best) although I would say the beds are extremely uncomfortable. I would not stay there again."
