This place is awesome highly recommend it! Air conditioning came with amazing snacks and was awkward to have to check in online and there was no local TV, but everything else was perfect & great value for the price. Highly so after location and easy to get snacks or things you need almost any time of the day

The two-story loft apartment was quirky and spacious, but the layout was unusual. The downstairs sleeping area had a twin bed on a cot, with a second twin underneath that could be converted into a full bed. The pillows were small and uncomfortable, and the beds were positioned in front of the unit’s only television. If you’re not traveling with your spouse or significant other, there is no privacy. The upstairs loft had no door, so noise carried between floors. The apartment had one bathroom, and although fans were provided, the air conditioning upstairs was not working, making the bedroom quite hot. The kitchen was well appointed, though paper towels would have been helpful. A convenience store was just downstairs, about a one-minute walk away. The building itself was quiet. The location was fantastic for walking to breakfast, restaurants, and nearby attractions. The apartment served its purpose and was reasonably priced for three adults. The upstairs closet and low, angled ceiling suggested the loft had been converted from an attic. Definite possibility but understand your trade offs

The apartment was perfect for our 6 night stay. It was stocked with things you could use to cook light meals like breakfast and lunch. We struggled with the drying part of the washer combo, but made it work. What a location. So many restaurants and shopping. Trolley stop right outside the entrance made for easy access around the city. Street noise went a little longer than expected, but upstairs was much quieter. I would recommend this place if your intention is to get out and explore. If we are ever back in Lisbon, we will book again! RRR Florida, USA

Wonderful view. Place is fairly clean (kitchen floor was dirty). I had a couple of questions before checking in, and found replies to be a bit rude. Other than this, it was a nice stay.

Building lift was out of order for duration of stay. The rest of my experience was excellent, a great view from my apartment which was large, comfortable and with everything I needed to make my stay easy and relaxing.

Great apartments. Very big, clean and with great facilities. The communication with them could have been better. We were told we would receive an email 24 hours before our stay with details of how to check in. But we had to chase this information all through the travel day and eventually ring them in Portugal to make sure we actually had the apartment. This bit needs to be improved.

Nice apartment but inconvenient

The apartment was clean. We had a 4th floor apartment. The elevator did not work on our entire 4 day stay. We had an elderly person with us. It was very inconvenient. The washer did not work. The cleaners did a nice job keeping the apartment clean. Communication was not good at all. You should confirm the elevator works before booking. It should not take more than 2 days to fix an elevator.

The person who worked at the property escorted us to the storage lockers and pointed out our room when we arrived at 1 pm. When he realized the lockers were full, he asked the cleaning staff in our room if we could leave our luggage there before check-in. They said yes. He was very helpful to us, which we appreciated very much.

Hotel cancelled reservation 3 hours prior to check in. They did not contact Expedia and wasted 2 hours trying to get money back: We hope this message finds you well: We sincerely regret to inform you that, due to an unexpected last-minute electrical issue in the apartment you originally reserved, unfortunately it will not be possible to use it over the next few days. Please accept our most sincere apologies for this unforeseen inconvenience. We fully understand how disappointing this situation may be, especially on your arrival day. Plus was the location, equipped kitchen and well functioning AC. Very spacious. Minus was that the floor was not properly cleaned, there was a stain on the floor just when we came in and it was dusty and dirty all around the apartment. It also said in the booking that there was a common terrace accessible but we could not find any doors, signs or other indication that could lead us there. Unfortunately the elevator didn't work.

The check-in experience was terrible. Getting into the property felt like you had to solve an escape room riddle. When we finally managed ti do so, the elevator was out of order so we had to go up three stories carrying all our luggage. This of course continued for the duration of our stay as five days were not enough to get it fixed. Trying to communicate with the host was to say the least unattainable and after complaining to Expedia because the listing advertised did not much the apartment in which we stayed at, neither Expedia could contact the host. A fter trying to communicate with Expedia for about three hours at the night of our check-in and when we were already exhausted by the trip, we decided that it was not worth it to ruin in our vacation. after that our troubles continued when the cleaning service decided to leave us only 3 towels for 4 the tenants, the second day.

This property was great, the location was perfect walkable distance from everything, for us the only negative thing I can add is when we can the elevator was not working and we were given a 3rd floor property, with a heavy suitcase 😖 but the rest, it was all perfect!
