"The property was exactly what we were looking for and definitely would us the property again. It was clean, modern and had very good facilities I.e washer/dryer and iron with ironing board. The only improvement I would make is update the arrival booklet as some information was OoD for example the shop is now closed permanently. "

"The studio apartment was spotless, the staff friendly and welcoming. It was great place to stay, right in the city centre and right on the edge of the historic part of the city - ideal for a short break."

"We all absolutely loved this place perfectly situated for what we wanted and was very suprised at the size of villa 1 will definitely book again here.Staff were very helpful and the traditional breakfast was perfect and freshly cooked "

"Excellent accommodation well equipped with all modern equipment really enjoyed our stay. Not too far from Newquay either but plenty to do here with bars and restaurants a plenty. Would certainly recommend it to anyone."

"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. "Linda and her family were very welcoming & helped with any questions we had on the property or farm. The cottage was very well equipped, and nothing that we needed to take bar food & drinks. We would stay here again and had a lovely time! "

"Right in the heart of the Barbican this is a lovely modern apartment in a historic looking building. I loved that the hallway and stairs that lead to the apartment, and the apartment itself were adorned with the artwork of a local artist. Thank you, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"lovely place for getaway, quite and safe"

"Lovely apartments. Would definitely use again. Our only gripe was that the wood bed was really creaky and woke us up everytime someone moved. Also the drain in the bathroom sink was extremely slow. Apart from that it was lovely. "
