"The rooms looked nothing like pictured on the website. The staff didn’t help except provide an extra fan when the room was too hot. Apparently they were “fully booked” and couldn’t relocate us. The parking lot wasn’t full.. The window was open upon arrival which also had an active bird nest outside of It. With the window open bugs were all over the room. "Good access to and from nearby Shannon airport (as well as other destinations) by bus stops adjacent to hotel. Overall very clean. Restaurant is overrated “Award Winning” and menu/food just average. Breakfast offered with extra room fee was fine, nothing outstanding, but more than enough to satisfy. Good beds, linens & pillows. MAINTENACE checks for rooms should be more thorough- we had dresser drawer knobs loose and window hardware not secure. Shower leaked on to bathroom floor. Mini...
