"The staff upon arrival was pretty friendly, but i have to say i was a little underwhelmed with the cleanliness of the room. The floors were sticky and there was hair already in the bathtub upon arrival. It is pretty close to everything so if you are looking for that and affordability then this will be okay for you. The parking lot is a game in itself in waiting to see if someone moves so you can be able to get a spot so that you won’t have to park down the street or at a meter. Must mention the rooms are pretty spacious. "
"Would go back. It’s not a boujee hotel, but it’s clean & safe. Front desk was very friendly & apologetic since our room wasn’t ready until 2 hours after check-in. However, you could smell that it was just cleaned when we walked in the room. We spend most of our time outside of hotel when we visit so we’re never really concerned with much else other than clean & safe. "
"This property was dog friendly and the room was definitely needing a good deep cleaning. But other than that, all was good.....location was great to the beach!!

"Overall, we did enjoy our stay and had a good time, especially for our first time at a resort. The staff was very kind and did their best, which we appreciated.
However, we did run into a few issues. On day 3 of our stay, our room key suddenly stopped working, and we had to wait about 20 minutes outside for maintenance to come let us in. Once he arrived, we got into the room, but the interaction was uncomfortable. As my husband was walking in behind us, the maintenance tech put his hand on his chest to stop him without saying anything, which felt very disrespectful. That could have been handled with simple communication instead of physical contact.
Later that evening, we used the hot tubs, but they were very dirty, which was disappointing. We also noticed the indoor pool was closed for 3 days during our stay. It also took a while to order food on the 4th floor due to limited staff, although the workers were extremely kind and even tried to help speed things up for us.
I will say, when I reported the maintenance situation to the front desk, they handled it well. They apologized and offered us free breakfast or bowling. We chose bowling and had a great time.
Overall, we made the best of our stay and had a good experience, but there are definitely areas that could be improved."
"Room was clean, I thought the couch was pull out but it wasn’t other than that everything was good. Highly recommend. The price for the room was great "
