Leura Gardens Resort
The mattress was so old and tired, the springs were poking through and also it was permanently sinking where people lay on it. It was so bad, I had to trying sleep on the floor. It was also not clean. We could not stay there the second night. However, they did refund us the 2nd night. The cups and ...

Lilianfels Resort & Spa - Blue Mountains
Room was recently renovated and very nice & comfortable. We made use of the pool and enjoyed dinner & breakfast at the restaurant on the grounds. Beautiful place. There’s active renovation of the main lounge going on;looking forward to coming back next year!

The Carrington Hotel
Such a unique property! Lots of charm and history in this hotel. Room was basic, and very warm. (No A/C and a broken stand fan). Supplying robes would have been nice, especially since our bath/shower facilities were down the hall. Good place for a 1-2 night stay.

The Hydro Majestic Hotel
Closing the Boiler House restaurant for dinner Sat to Tues feels like they are trying to forcefully "upsell" the Wintergarden restaurant. Coupled with the insistence of a minimum of 3 courses ffor dinner on a Sat left a very bad taste in the mouth.
