"Not great. Firstly, the reserved room had someone else in there, which took nearly an hour to sort out, then super loud music coming through the floor until 3 am! a Band was playing and there was no escape! Never again!"

"The pool was out of order, we had to ask reception for towels and we could hear the people in the next room. Luckily we only used the room to sleep in. The toiletries supplied for the shower were unable to be opened by hand and there was sound on the TV but unable to get any picture."
