Fairmont Resort Blue Mountains MGallery Collection
The indoor and outdoor pools are both unheated. During the colder months they are not usable. The rooms were clean however they only were cleaned once on our 3 night stay. Room service was very slow and we ran out of toilet paper one day.

The Hydro Majestic Hotel
This is a lovely hotel - but it could be so much more. There is evident history here but it is sorely in need of updating and redecorating.
