At checkout we reported it and the lady at the front desk was rude. She proceeded to tell us that we could have called to have the room cleaned. I knew that. My point was that the rooms should be thoroughly cleaned prior to guess arrival. I was not even upset or asking for compensation. I was just making her aware of the issue so that it doesn’t happen again. "
