"I came with my elderly parents, and i really appreciate the hotel staffs' assistance. The hotel staffs were attentive, especially the girl named Collette. She is friendly, helpful and very passionate about this job. Even though she is not a front desk staff, yet she still provided assistance where possible. 1 most impressive point was before she signed off, she saw me at the lobby and she came by to make sure everything was alright with us, then only she went home. Another staff Ammar was handling our check in. In view of our situation (elderly parents in wheel chair), he proactively upgrade my parents to the OKU room which was more spacious and has extra amenities like handrail. I really appreciate his thoughtfulness. Besides that, the hotel was clean with vibrant & modern design. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and i will definitely come back again. 5 stars without any hesitation. Cons: if parking is free for guest, that would have been perfect. :)"

"The room was perfectly sized and well equipped. The same goes for the bathroom - large, with a perfectly sized shower stall. The rooftop bar - great place with a great view. Very helpful staff. Perfect location - between the old and new towns. On the downside, the windows in the room didn't open fully, and the breakfast was average. But I still want to go back."

"Compact room but due to king bed so I didn't mind at all as rooms only to sleep. Hotel & room were clean, staff were very helpful and accommodating. I was able to easily walk to the sights around Georgetown & hopped in grab for those further out. Little noisy at night with music from somewhere outside but our didn't continue to late."
