She asked me to sign agreements that this was a non-smoking property, that no smoking was allowed anywhere on the property and that no pets were allowed. No problem. The room was dirty. Furniture was missing. There was no table in the room but there was one chair. The desk had been removed. So, the only horizontal surface in the room was the top of the dresser, blocking the TV. ...

"Check in clearly states 2pm, got there at 430pm and was told that the room was not ready. Pool filled with gravel. 1 set of washer and dryer outside in front of the owners suite. 4 of us were staying and there were only 2 sets of towels. When we asked for more, the guy said "why?". Then gave us 1 extra set. They only service the room and switch out towels every 3 days. Breakfast is not a continental, it was a sacked breakfast (like a sack lunch).
