The reason for only a good rating is this: I could not get into the bed easily. I am 5'4" and the bed was above my waist. "Everything was fine there. Service staff for the most part was up to expectations.on first day there charged a bar tab to the room. After about an hour I received a phone call from desk while asleep.told me that my charge would not go through. Then they explained that they are having problems with a new system that would not let a room charge go through from the bar. I said I’m in bed and will take care of it in the morning. "The staff was always amazing here. The food is exceptional at the Bar/Lounge. Was not expecting it to be as good since it is a hotel but this was top notch food and service. Rooms are amazingly clean and I know they are going to be remodeling soon but the conditions makes it not seem like 20 years old. I will stay here everytime I am in town."
