"Everything was outdated, broken or dirty. Avoid at all cost!!!"

"Upon entering the parking lot I was able to witness drug deals. That should’ve been a red flag but I paid for 3 nights. The room smelt like cat pee, no towels pillows or toilet paper. Once they gave me towels they were the floor towels with stains. The first morning there and management busted in with there key asking me why I was there and told me to leave. I told them I paid for 3 nights. He then expected me to walk in the rain to go to front desk to fix the problem but I went other way. They had someone waiting for me at that door also. So after being woke up and embarrassed They realize they messed up and didn’t put me in the correct room. Well to top it off I sat in the chair in the room and within 5 min my arm was covered in bits. That’s right bed bugs. I went to the front desk and they gave me another room and upon entering that room, I was welcomed by roaches. There was trash in the drawers and on the side of the furniture, and the chair was blocking the second entrance. I went to front desk to tell her what I found, and she called me a liar. She said she was just in that room. I told her she needed to double check and that’s when she informed me that they have a problem with people breaking into the rooms. I completely checked out and went to a different hotel. I asked for a refund and they said NO! I had to go to laundromat and spend a lot of money to wash everything on top of paying for a second hotel."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. The exterior of the property was dirty, with the balconies and walkways littered with dirt/leaves/ and cigarette butts. It was EXTREMELY difficult to get in and out of this property per its close location to an interstate exit ramp. I would not stay here again, even tho the price was half what the hotel across the street was, because of this. I was refused to check in 20 minutes before 3pm check in time even though it was obvious they were only about 20% booked. And getting out to yo anywhere else wasn’t going to happen. I’ve never been denied an early check in when a room was already ready. Do yourself a favor, and if you can afford it, stay across the street."

"Hotel staff was all friendly, the room was clean and spacious. The breakfast options were very nice and the staff serving breakfast was super friendly and kept the breakfast area stocked. Would definitely stay again! "

"Stayed for 8 hours. Mostly slept. Convenient location to the airport. Friendly front desk."

"Purchased 2 rooms. Both were supposed to have 2 queen beds and they were full sized beds instead. Bloody burgers on wall and a couple roaches in 1 room. Other room had whole all in curtains on the window and floor was so incredibly filthy that white socks turned black. The absolute worst place I've ever stayed in my life!"
