"Lovely clean, spacious room. Breakfast good with plenty of choice. Used pool and steam room/sauna, nice clean areas. Hotel reception staff welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Rest of hotel kept clean and well presented, bar and restaurant areas are nice too. Lovely lights in corridor from reception to lifts. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again."

"Great service from staff and nice little place. Only issue i can really think of is the floors are pretty creaky with it being an old building so you can hear people walking up and down the stairs. Didnt cause us any issues though."

"The hotel was along the promenade of Llandudno easy walk to main high street, 10 min walk to train station, 10 min walk to Orme tram station the room was comfortable clean and there was tea and coffee making facilities i didnt have a breakfast in the hotel so i cant comment i only saw the staff on the first day to check in on the whole its in a nice location for everything beach, shops, buse and trains, i would stay here again."

"Very welcoming and lovely couple, great recommendations on restaurants and the breakfasts were excellent. Positioned in a quiet part but close walking distance to shops bars and seafront had a great time."

"Lovely view over the bay from our decent sized room and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was cooked fresh to order after a self service drinks and continental starter. All the staff were very friendly, nothing to much trouble for them."
