"Staff was rude and dismissive. Our key cards had to be reset 3x.Thats three trips to front desk after getting locked out. Fan in bedroom didn’t work at all. Had three tvs and only 2 remotes. Also the fact that I got a call at 1030am saying my card on file wasn’t any good and staff basically threatened to cancel our room, was very upsetting. I called 4x before I got anyone to answer and had to pay at noon though didn’t check in until almost 6pm. Pay at property doesn’t mean pay hrs before you are allowed to check in. The entire second floor reeked of weed and we could even smell weed in my room. The list goes on and on. There was something in pool and we asked staff to remove it as we thought it was poop. We were dismissed. We stayed here last month and it was 5 ⭐️star experience. Last night we had same room but the staff were horrible, rude and unfriendly. Last night’s visit was at best 1.5 star experience. I will never stay here on weekend (Friday or Saturday night) again. Last month we stayed on a Monday and it was like a totally different hotel. Your weekend staff (front desk) was the worst. Maybe she should’ve fixed our keys the first time but she was too busy and then acted like we were bothering her. We got locked out 3x in one night! Just a terrible experience. I guess spark doesn’t care about keeping return customers."

"I chose this listing because of the late checkout and they told me at front desk they don't have late checkout. The waffle batter dispenser was busted and there was batter all over the counter the first morning and they ran out the second morning. They don't want you to take food out of breakfast area but there is not enough seats and people are down there coughing and sick. The staff is kind and these guys are trying as best they can but incorrect listings are creating a problem.i did not get what I selected or paid for. "

"Everything was perfect, the room was clean and a lot of space. Breakfast is very good and well prepared. The staff was very helpful and kind. The gym is convenient because it’s 24 hours.we will love to come back again."

"They are currently upgrading carpets, so 3 floors were closed. The breakfast was really lame. No hot food at all, not even waffles. One kind of mini Muffin, bagels, some fruit, yogurt, oatmeal and cereal. It was terrible. I was disappointed. Hot tub and pool water were clean . Hot tub bubbles did not work. It seems in the off season they let things go. You may want to check with them before booking."

"Sheets were covered in pubic hair & dirt on both queen beds. Requested new sheets that we had to change ourselves. Staff had an attitude when asked for new bedding."

"Checked in with the patient front desk staff (patient=f..ng slow), headed to room and looked fairly clean until I put down the toilet seat and there was definitely urine on it, so I headed to swap rooms at the front desk. New room right next to the other dirty one and the bathroom again; had hair all over it... Before I went up I had told the front desk guy that the new room was next to the old one and that the same person probably cleaned it, and it would be more likely to have the same issues and it sure did.....I was up since 3am and drove 6 1/2 hours that day, I was checking in at 10pm, so yeah I was pissed. Shame!!! the last few times have been a let down, time to find a new place, there's more to tell but why bother...how difficult is a clean bed and a clean bathroom for f$%# sake.....ever heard of quality control!!"
