"Mostly clean, quiet room. PM staff was very helpful dealing with my 80 yo mother. Did not like the fire alarm strobe light all night long in the room. It flashed constantly. All in all i would book again."

"We stayed there a couple nights at the beginning of our trip, and again the last night of our trip. The staff is very friendly and the beds are very comfortable. Only giving three stars though because the bathrooms need new caulking and both times we stayed there were spiders in our rooms."

"I would recommend the Friendship Oceanfront Suites to everyone. Polite and courteous staff, the owners are on hand every day. They welcome you with a smile and ask you to let them know if you need anything. In the reception area there is a wonderful coffee/tea selection, a hot/cold water fountain, along with pastries There is also a bowl of different chocolates or candy on the counter, that I am sure the staff hated to see me coming everyday. The rooms are very clean, they have been renovated. They have A/C or heat, king size beds, pull out couches in the living room section, the kitchen has a fridge with a freezer and a microwave, a table with two chairs, coffee maker. TV in the kitchen/living room area and another in the bedroom. The views are amazing of the beach. Miles of hard packed sand to walk on. The pool is clean, with lots of fresh towels and seating, tables with parasols. There is an outdoor shower by the pool to rinse off before bathing or just to splash yourself when you're too hot but down want to dip in the pool. Coming off the beach there is a water hose to wash all the sand off yourself, so you don't bring it on the property with you. Very well thought out. There is ample parking for every guest. I absolutely love this place and everyone working there. Once again, I highly recommend."

"All around a pleasant stay, once you navigate the check in adventure. Check in at Royal Manor. Soho is a hundred miles South. Soho bar across the street is cool for a nightcap. Get Lolita to make you a double Tanqueray and tonic with EXTRA limes. Tip heavily... you won't regret it. Beware of touristas with jealous mates."

"There is no body ever at the desk and when you ring the bell takes forever and they come out of their apartment. Breakfast is bad,we stayed Saturday and Sunday we went shopping and came back Sunday night and had to get a plate and there was breakfast sausage still in the warmer, no juice the pool was closed. Very disappointed. We asked for fresh towels Sunday morning and when we got back at 6pm no fresh towels had to wait for them because again no one was at the desk. This place really needs an investigation from corporate office. Will never stay again."
