"When I was checking in I saw one guy who was staying for 4 days complaining about no hot water in his room. I thought it would be bad luck but even in my room there was no hot water at all. Despite complaining the reception guy was just nodding, like he doesn’t care at all. He say he will look into it but he for sure didn’t. There was a line up at the counter but he was just wandering outside in parking lot. Too careless staff. As if they knew the problem existed but didn’t bother to let people know about this. Damn cheap staff and owner who doesn’t care about repairing building heater. Won’t Stay here for sure again."

"Checked in at 3:30. Entrance and hallway had mud and dirt on the rugs from other clients. They did not remove their boots. Staff said nothing to them. Next morning at 6 am the rugs had not been cleaned. Staff again indifferent. I asked for a pet free room. When I opened the door a big stain was evident. Staff assured we it was a water spill. I got a different room. But again my animal allergies were acting up in the morning. That’s why I checked out early. Last absolutely the last time I will stay there"

"Clean and modern, friendly professional staff, AWESOME breakfast! Most comfortable bed I slept in during our entire trip! We didn’t use the pool or gym, but wish I’d brought my bathing suit!"
