"We really enjoyed our stay at The Lakes by Yoo. Everything was clean and well designed and the pool and spa facilities were good. Most importantly the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. There was a minor issue with our original room so they kindly upgraded us to a suite for our final night, which we weren't able to stay in as we had to leave due to a family emergency, but the gesture was greatly appreciated. We hope to visit again in the future! "

"Had a lovely stay at Windsor cottage. Well presented, great amenities and the most comfortable bed in the master bedroom. Slept like a log! Ate out in local restaurants, which were lovely especially Alberto’s Italy. There are a couple of free parking areas in town 5-10 minutes away. "Parking easy Reception staff were great, very helpful and friendly. Rooms were amazing and the hotel itself is a wonderful historic building. 2 great bars with a good choice of beverages. Evening meal was excellent and the loaded fries were sensational. Breakfast was also a nice experience, staff all warm and friendly and the menu was varied. I had the full breakfast which was faultless. I highly recommend this hotel, we went as 2 couples and all 4 of us loved it. I would 100% stay again. "
