"Our room was clean and comfortable but we had several issues with the bathroom. Saturday morning we reported that the toilet seat was loose, the bathroom sink was not draining and that the shower doors would not stay shut. We were told it would be taken care of by the time we returned. The toilet seat was fastened but nothing else was addressed.
