I checked into this hotel to spend the night with a minor surgery patient however there was no wheelchair to help me get my patient from the front lobby to the room and nobody would step up and help me. It appears that the hotel is getting a facelift, so says the signs. The elevator was out of commission, they put us on the 3rd floor which was ground level from the back.
