Went for dinner and was told there was. 90 minute wait before he could start our order and that there was no room service (despite being advertised) - surely the money saving on staff isn’t worth it…."

"The room and amenities were basic and in need of a little maintenance in some areas, but couldn’t really complain for the price. The place was clean, staff were super friendly, and the restaurant food was yummy and reasonably priced."

"Everything was lovely however we booked to go to the executive lounge which was disappointing compared to many if the Asian Hotels. Another small thing is they didn’t book our bus to the airport the next day. A minor thing and easily rectified but should not have happened. Saying all that I would stay there again but not book the executive lounge. "

"I was impressed with how clean the room and bathroom was. Room neat and comfortable. Walking distance to the river and restaurants. Easy check in (received a code for our door and got in easily). Easy to park. Suited our overnight well.
Improvements: We had no hand towel or flannel. Remote didn’t work so we couldn’t watch TV - it needed new batteries."
