"There were 2 elevators in the hotel and one of the elevators was inoperable and it appeared to have been that way for sometime. The room was clean and linens were clean but the mattress had a fowl odor. I kept smelling it when laying in bed and traced it to the mattress. The location was good. Personnel were friendly and helpful."
