"Booked a 1 bedroom with full kitchen,seating area and got a quest room with one Queen bed and no kitchen or seating area inside the room.the reception lady Ana was very rude with us,and change the room to a down grade place.The room was overcharge and she told me she gave our room to other quests.we did not get the room we booked.i have an special diet and need the kitchen to cook.only one Queen bed and we need a sofa for my son to sleep.use a walker and disabled can not go up stairs.there where...

"We enjoyed our stay here. We did the all-inclusive package which I would recommend. Can’t wait to go back again. The staff and location were amazing. The front desk manager Lydd is the best. She helped us choose the best rooms and made our stay a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this place to everyone. It’s beautiful, clean, food is delicious, and it’s an experience that you will always remember. The only thing I would recommend would is better entertainment and music by the beach bar....

"After booking, pool stopped working and we were unable to use during our stay. Staff did notify prior to arrival, but no discount or refund was given, just a suggestion that the restaurant next door had a pool for customers. Staff answered requests promptly. Noise was minimal, close location to restaurants and grocery. Linens were clean."

"The building needs major repairs! The hallways on the first and second floors were hot. Housekeeping and others fanned themselves as they walked through. We were told the HVAC unit was “in need of repairs.” They remained the same temperature all five days. The elevators were down one day. People checking in had to carry luggage upstairs. The property is not properly secured as someone was able to pull the fire alarm at 5am and at 6am the same morning. Everyone rushed downstairs in case of a fire...
