"This would have gotten 10 stars if I were resting Ms. Lisa alone. She anticipated all of our needs. Before I knew I needed something she knew and already had it taken care of down to the plates for the pizza being delivered. It was amazing. That being said, the building itself might have seen better days. It wasn’t horrible but you could see dead leaves, dust in the hallways. "I’ve stayed at this hotel twice, once two years ago and again last week. Both stays were excellent, and it seems the hotel has made noticeable improvements since my first visit. The property was clean, comfortable, and check-in was quick and easy, making for an overall great experience. My only disappointment was that the pool was closed for maintenance.
