"Plenty of convenient parking in a good location Understaffed, although those who were there were friendly and helpful Room was spacious but poorly lit Bed very low and very soft mattress First crib would not assemble; took about one hour at night to replace Exercise and game rooms not air conditioned Breakfast was mediocre; ate out our second day"

"Everything was fine until I got up in the morning to take a shower. NO HOT WATER! I was on a schedule to leave so I had to bypass the shower. I reported it at check out and requested a credit on my bill and was told by the person behind the desk that the manager would call me and a credit would be arranged. Three days have gone by and no one has called me. Don’t stay here if you will need a warm shower at any point or just plain hot water."

"The location is super convenient and safe. Great bar restaurant downstairs. The A/C was poor and an old window unit. There were insects flying around in the room due to the A/C ancient window unit and was very dirty. The lamp and ceiling light are very old dirty and not in the greatest shape. The place could use some updating and more efficient cleaning. Unfortunately in the AM around 9:00 There were cleaning people dropping F bombs. Luckily I was awake."

"My third stay here for solo hiking in the mountains. Why do I keep coming back? I love the activities, the pools, hot tubs, and saunas, and the clean quiet comfortable accommodations to come back to at the end of the day. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. I left something behind this trip and housekeeping quickly located it in lost and found and are shipping it home to me. I appreciated the extra steps they took to make my stay great. I'll be back!"
