"We were on a tight schedule for a 3pm check in. The room was not ready to check in at 3pm. We had to wait in the lobby for 20 minutes which made our ability to stay on schedule for our concert very difficult. It added stress to our weekend. We saw maids chatting in the hallway which made our frustration worse."
