"The staff was excellent especially Monique at the front desk. The hotel was in the middle of a remodel, but they cleaned as they went and it was clean for what they were doing. The cleaning service was excellent and if I needed anything extra for the room all I had to do was ask. The breakfast was good every morning. The room had a well-appointed kitchenette with a dish washer, so I could cook when necessary. I am sure once the remodel is finished it will be even better overall, they are great."

"Great location by the airport and many places to walk to. Rooms were big and beds were comfortable. The pool was in front of the building, but clean. We loved the breakfast. There was waffles, eggs, bacon, and cereal. The best part was the free shuttle to the airport. Overall, I would stay again."

"We stayed at the Hyatt in Lake Mary for about three days. When we arrived to check in, we waited at the front desk for approximately 10 minutes before anyone was available to assist us. Once the front desk representative arrived, she apologized for the wait and explained that she was handling multiple responsibilities—working the front desk, tending the bar, and even preparing food for guests. Despite having so much to manage, she was extremely polite, helpful, and checked us in very quickly. She provided great service, but it seemed unfair to both her and the guests that Hyatt did not have adequate staffing to cover these different areas. As for the room, it was clean, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, we found the bed extremely uncomfortable throughout our stay. The bathroom was also exceptionally small, with barely any space between the shower and the toilet, which made it feel very cramped. Overall, the cleanliness and the excellent attitude of the employee were positives, but the uncomfortable bed, extremely small bathroom, and apparent understaffing took away from our experience."
