"We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is huge, beautiful, and very clean. The breakfast was great, and the location was perfect, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely stay here again!"

"Based in the heart of walkable Liverpool, Citadines City Centre had everything we needed. We booked a room with a kitchenette and a washer and dryer, which were nice additions. The room was a comfortable size with enough space for multiple suitcases. The front desk staff were all very helpful and friendly. The only con was that towards the end of our stay, our key cards kept deactivating. We got locked outside our room once, and the second time got stuck in the elevator. Luckily, the front desk is on the 1st floor, so it was just a short walk up to have them reactivated. Overall, I would 100% stay here again."

"Think this is my 4th or 5th short stay at School Lane over the last 4 years. Love it's central easy to get to location. The amenities are just what I need - a clean comfortable bed, a decent shower and lovely pastries with hot drinks for breakfast. Staff are always attentive and friendly and rooms spacious & clean. Look forward to another return visit in the future."

"Stayed twice this year over night as we were attending shows at the Atkinson. Stayed many times when it was the Ramada but not again until this year and very very pleased that the standards were still as high now. Room was very clean and tidy the bathroom was very clean. Very quiet on both occasions and on this recent occasion the access road to the car park has been rebuilt as the work for the new Marine Leisure Centre has started it’s now directly after the Hotel on the left as you approach from the town centre. Will hopefully stay again next year."
