The room was lovely. Too hot the first night but staff dealt with it when asked. Breakfast was alright but could get the same at a much cheaper hotel.

Always a pleasure staying here. Rooms are basic but very clean. Breakfast buffet is good and staff are excellent - friendly and polite. We always stay here when we come to lovely Liverpool and will be back soon!
