"The hotel is in a great location very close to the metro station. The staff are very friendly and helpful but only one that we dealt with really spoke English so make sure you have a translation app on your phone. With a bit of effort on both sides everything was fine. The rooms are much nicer than we expected for the price and very clean. They are on the small side though. Would definitely recommend and stay again!"

"Cheap is what this hotel is so don't expect much from your stay. Also would help if they had some staff that spoke a little English as well. would reccomend if you what somewhere cheap to stay otherwise find a better hotel."

Eva 承諾賠償IDD 費用，$50, 收线。 酒店職員最後要求直接入住，不經HOTELS.COM, 入房时11:34. 當晚用英文email作出投訴，11/29 09:40 收到 cspcustcare-ct-hk-x-htll@hotels.com回复。。。。。"我們只處理中文電子郵件，因此無法解決您的問題" 本案將被關閉。 Can you provide any complain channel?
