"Very helpful and friendly staff! Only thing missing was a few accessories in the actual room. A carpet, or coloured walls would have made a huge difference in terms of feeling housy and warm yet elegant, as the rest of the hotel indeed is."

"The pillowcase on the pillow was not clean..... TV channels did not work only tv1 and 2. Then it should be clear on hotels.com that it is an unstaffed hotel, and when it says "breakfast included", it should say that a breakfast bag is included! It cost quite a lot for that standard....we stayed at First hotel in Jönköping for 100 SEK more and soooo much more luxurious! We were actually quite disappointed!"
