"The staff were absolutely Superb, so helpful, room wasn’t ready but that was 1 o’clock they took my phone number and rang and we still got in the room an hour before we should have, the staff behind the bar offered to make cocktails even if it wasn’t on the menu and the staff up the spa were excellent all round we had an extremely lovely time"

"Hd a quick stopover, and the hotel was clean and as expected. The team at the front desk were very helpful with check in and also directions and ideas for local food places as we had got in late.

"Parking not included, have to book and pay using Just Park (limited spaces). Only the gym appears to be free, the pool and spa need to be paid for. Queen room was large with a nice deep bath. The room felt a little tired; minor holes in curtains, carpet not in the best condition, bath robes rough on the skin. Only 3 coffee pods in a room for 2 people which was a bit odd. I was staying alone so it was okay for me. Additional instant coffee on a tray in the cupboard. Toilet roll thin and poor...

"The parking situation is a bit of a pain, as there is none on site. Room was clean. We were told when we arrived that the swimming pool etc was extra, which is something we had never experienced in a hotel. However, the staff allowed us a complementary pass. The leisure facilities were not clean and need updating."
