happy to have found this gem

Centrally located for trip to Picos de Europa or tourist towns along the coast. Very helpful and friendly staff. The grounds are beautifully kept and the hotel is furnished with antiques. Easy access to main road, but there is some minor noise. The hallways are a bit noisy, as voices come through the doors. Has a kitchenette and the supermarket is across the street. One of the nicest stays on our trip through Spain.

Llanes overnighter

This is a beautiful property within an easy and short drive to central Llanes and the beaches. It is small and intimate with a bed and breakfast feel, although, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Very nice stay!

Hotel muy cómodo, y bien comunicado.

Hotel cómodo, habitación muy amplia, bien comunicado y a 4 minutos en coche del centro de Llanes. Tiene un bonito jardín, y los baños están recién reformados. Las camas son nuevas y muy cómodas.

Es mucho mejor que en las fotos

Es un complejo turístico precioso. Muchos salones para compartir, un prado espectacular. La habitación inmensa y todo nuevo porque lo están remodelando y modernizando poco a poco. El personal encantador.

Horrible experiencia.

Horrible, inexplicable. No entiendo como se puede reservar una habitación en un Hotel y al llegar al hotel encontrarlo en obras, los trabajadores nos despertaron a las 08:00 de la mañana. Además la recepcionista nos atendió muy mal, nada más llegar nos culpaba de que la reserva que teníamos no coincidía con lo que ustedes le habían facilitado, me supongo que será un tema que tendrán que tratar ustedes con el hotel, ya que nosotros habíamos reservado 2 adultos y 1 niño y ustedes al hotel sólo le notificaron 2 adultos. Además en las características del hotel dice que hay WiFi en las habitaciones, pues en la nuestra no funcionó ninguno de los dos días que permanecimos allí alojados. Por encima la insonorización de las habitaciones es nula, se oye perfectamente los otros huéspedes entrando o abandonando las habitaciones, circulando por los pasillos, hasta subiendo las escaleras. No dispone de ascensor ni tiene los accesos habilitados para personas con movilidad reducida. Los desayunos (no los contratamos, pero sí los hicimos allí por comodidad) son los peores que hemos echo en un hotel en nuestra vida, zumo de tetrabrick, café malísimo, bollería industrial... En fin, en mi opinión le sobran un par de estrellas al hotel. Desde luego nunca más volveremos a alojarnos en ese hotel. Y por su parte les rogaría una explicación de cómo es posible que concedan una reserva en una habitación de un hotel que está en obras.

Bonito y agradable

Bonito lugar y cercano al pueblo. Destaca la amabilidad y se podría majorar el desayuno al estar compuesto únicamente por bollería y cereales, sin haber fiambre (jamón, queso, etc.)

Calmo e bom para quem tem carro.

O Arcea La Arquera está classificado como "aparthotel" no hoteis.com. Fizemos uma reserva para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 2 anos. À chegada apercebemo-nos que (i) nos foi destinado um quarto duplo, sem acesso a kitchnette; (ii) teríamos de fazer um pagamento adicional para a criança ter direito a roupa de cama. A primeira questão acabou por ficar resolvida, mas não a segunda. Tirando isso, o (apart)hotel é uma boa escolha para quem tem carro e procura uma base para explorar aquela zona das Astúrias. Fica num local calmo, mas bastante distante do centro de Llanes e das praias (para ir a pé).

Good overnight stay

Excellent overnight stay on way to Santander. Staff helpful and welcoming.Breakfast could have been even better if fresh bread and other delicacies had been available, rather than prepacked.

Bonita escapada

Un lugar estupendo para descansar y estar relajado, donde poder hacer diversas actividades. Tambien cuenta con zonas proximas para salir a comer y visitar su casco viejo con sus sidrerias. Se puede salir de noche a tomar una copa. El ambiente es mejor en verano ya que vienen mas turistas.
